Information processed when you visit
The website does not require an account. If you choose to subscribe, you may provide an email address and, when provided, a first name. The hosting and security providers that deliver the site may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information may be needed to serve pages, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, cookies, and forms
AIvelihood uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare may report information such as page views, visits, referring websites, approximate country, browser, device type, and Core Web Vitals. AIvelihood uses these reports to identify useful pages and technical problems, not to promise or infer an individual visitor's income or behavior.
Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies or localStorage for Core Web Vitals collection and does not fingerprint individual visitors for those metrics. AIvelihood also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page views, traffic sources, and selected content-link interactions. Google may process browser, device, approximate location, page, referral, and identifier information according to the site's Google Analytics settings and Google's privacy practices. AIvelihood's analytics events do not intentionally send email addresses, names, worksheet form values, or confidential information. The optional subscription form loads MailerLite resources, and MailerLite has its own privacy practices. AIvelihood does not currently install Meta Pixel or other advertising pixels. If additional analytics, forms, or payment services are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are presented as active.
Email subscriptions and MailerLite
If you choose to subscribe, MailerLite processes your email address and any first name you provide for AIvelihood. AIvelihood uses this information to provide access to the Choose Your First AI Service Worksheet and send the practical educational emails described beside the form. The worksheet also remains available directly without subscribing.
Subscription uses double opt-in, so you must confirm the address through the email MailerLite sends. You can unsubscribe using the link included in each educational email. MailerLite processes subscription and consent records as AIvelihood's email service provider.
External websites
Guides may link to AI tools, freelance platforms, or other third-party websites. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms. Review their policies before creating an account, uploading client material, or providing personal information.
AI tools and client data
Do not upload trade secrets, personal data, contracts, unpublished assets, or confidential client files to an AI service without clear permission and an appropriate data-handling review. AIvelihood provides educational guidance and cannot control how third-party tools process information.
Retention and requests
AIvelihood does not maintain visitor accounts or receive contact-form submissions. MailerLite may retain subscription and suppression records according to its policies and the account settings. Unsubscribing stops future educational emails but may not immediately remove records needed to honor that request. A public contact email has not yet been published; the Contact page will be updated when a suitable public address is available for privacy questions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the site adds real services. The updated date will be revised, and material changes will be explained before new collection features are treated as active.
